Delivery Policy
FLOWERS ORDER DEADliNE AND DEliVERY TIMES
We undertake to deliver same day within our delivery network if the order is placed before 11:00am local time (some exceptions such as boxed roses require the order to be placed by 9.30 am). Deliveries will be made to business addresses by 5:00pm and to residential addresses by 6:00pm. Same day delivery of orders made after 11.00am can be made via our priority service (an additional fee may apply).
Orders for International Deliveries should be placed 48 hours prior to the delivery date.

DEliVERY DESTINATIONS
Our branded packaging and boxed roses are currently available in Metro Melbourne Sydney and Brisbane only:
All our other floral products can be delivered to Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide, Perth, Canberra, Hobart and just about everywhere else across Australia unless specified otherwise.
We can also deliver flowers WORLDWIDE via one of our affiliated suppliers. Orders for International deliveries should be placed 48 hours prior to the delivery date.

WEEKEND DEliVERIES
Orders for Saturday delivery to metropolitan areas should be placed before 10:00 AEST. Sunday delivery is generally not available. In some circumstances Sunday delivery is possible if arranged by telephone and an additional delivery fee agreed. (Mother's Day delivery is always available). Call a customer service representative on 1300 18-7673 (130018ROSE) to inquire, or contact us via email. Orders for delivery to regional areas are generally not able to be delivered on weekends. Orders received for weekend delivery that cannot be serviced will be delivered the next available weekday.
PUBliC HOliDAYS
Our stores are closed on Public Holidays. Orders placed for delivery on public holidays will be delivered on the next business day.
WEEKDAY ONLY DEliVERIES
Certain products are available for delivery on weekdays only and require a minimum 24 hours notice (usually boxed flowers). This is necessary since the responsible courier company does not trade on weekends. Orders placed for deliveries outside of these parameters will be delivered on the next weekday.
RECIPIENT NOT HOME
If the recipient is not home when your delivery is made, the following will occur depending upon circumstance.
The flowers will be left on the doorstep unless we are requested not to do so.

If the locations is considered unsafe by our courier, a calling card will be left at the door or in the letterbox asking them to call 1300 18-7673 to arrange a convenient time for re-delivery (A $15 to $25 charge is incurred for redelivery).The timing for re-delivery will also be affected with some orders not able to be redelivered until the following day.
Note: In most circumstances we will leave the flowers at the door unless we have been instructed not to do so. We guarantee delivery of your flowers to the door. Please provide specific instructions regarding delivery alternatives if this condition is not likely to be suitable. Unfortunately we can take no further responsibility for your flowers or gift once they have been delivered to the door.
GIFT BASKETS - NEXT-DAY DEliVERY (Australia Only)
All gift baskets listed are available for next business day delivery to Sydney, Brisbane, Melbourne, Adelaide and Major Metropolitan Cities. Orders must be placed by 11 am for next business day delivery.
Deliveries to Perth, Darwin and Hobart can often take an extra day. Deliveries to Regional Queensland may take 1-2 business days. Deliveries to Canberra and Regional New South Wales usually take 2 business days.
Orders received over the weekend will be dispatched the following Monday.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday. Deliveries are NOT made on weekends or public holidays
